Stocked MI ("we," "us") is a text message alert service operated by Tucker Francoeur, a sole proprietor in Michigan. This policy explains what information we collect when you use https://stockedmi.com and our text alerts, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or text messaging consent. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories of sharing described below exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

What we collect

Your mobile phone number, so we can send you alerts.
The counties you pick, so we know which stocking reports to send you.
A record of your consent: the exact consent wording you agreed to, the date and time, and the IP address and browser you signed up from. We keep this to prove you asked for our texts.
Billing details, once paid subscriptions begin. Payments are handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Basic technical data such as server logs, used to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

To send the stocking alerts you signed up for, and occasional notices about your account (for example, a billing reminder or a change to the service).
To handle billing, support requests, and replies such as STOP and HELP.
To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.

We don't use your information for advertising, and we don't send marketing texts on behalf of anyone else.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers we need to run Stocked MI, and only for that purpose:

Twilio, which delivers our text messages.
Stripe, which processes payments.
Our hosting and database provider, which stores the service's data.

These providers may not use your information for their own marketing. We may also disclose information if required by law. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for any purpose other than delivering our own messages to you.

Text messages

By signing up, you agree to receive recurring automated alert texts from Stocked MI at the number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Terms & Conditions for details.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you're subscribed. If you opt out or cancel, we keep your number on an opt-out list so we don't text you again, and we keep consent and billing records as long as needed for legal, tax, and dispute purposes. Otherwise, we delete your information on request.

Your choices

Stop texts at any time by replying STOP.
Ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing help@stockedmi.com.

Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), reputable providers, and limited access to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

Children

Stocked MI is not intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above. If a change materially affects how we use your information, we'll let subscribers know.
