These terms cover your use of Stocked MI, a text alert service operated by Tucker Francoeur, a sole proprietor in Michigan. By signing up, you agree to them.
Text message program

- What you'll get: automated text alerts when the Michigan DNR reports fish stocked in the counties you choose, plus occasional account notices (such as billing reminders).

- Message frequency varies with the stocking schedule. Spring is busiest; some counties get no alerts for months.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- To stop: reply STOP to any message. You'll get one final confirmation text and no further messages.
- For help: reply HELP or email help@stockedmi.com.
- Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Pricing and billing
Stocked MI costs $5 per month for alerts in up to 3 Michigan counties. Before alerts go live, signing up only reserves your spot; you won't be charged. Before any paid subscription begins, we'll tell you the price and terms, and you'll be able to decline. Once subscribed, you're billed monthly through our payment processor, Stripe, until you cancel.
Canceling
You can cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep alerts through the end of the period you've already paid for. Replying STOP stops all texts; to make sure billing stops too, cancel your subscription online or email us. We don't offer refunds for partial months, but if something went wrong, email us and we'll make it right.
About the stocking data
Alerts are based on the Michigan Department of Natural Resources' public fish stocking reports. Stocked MI is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the DNR. We pass along what the DNR reports, which may be delayed, incomplete, or changed after the fact, and texts can be delayed by carriers. Don't rely on Stocked MI as your only source of information. Always follow Michigan fishing regulations, licensing rules, and any posted waterbody restrictions.
Your responsibilities
Only sign up with a mobile number that you own or are authorized to use. Tell us if you change or give up your number. Don't misuse the service, interfere with it, or try to access it in ways it wasn't meant to be used.
Disclaimers and limits
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Stocked MI isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above, and if a change materially affects you (such as a price change), we'll let you know before it takes effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
