Where does the stocking info come from?
From the Michigan Department of Natural Resources' public fish stocking reports. Stocked MI is an independent service and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by the DNR.
How many texts will I get?
It depends on your counties and the season. Spring is busiest; some counties go months without a plant. You only get a text when fish are stocked in a county you picked, plus the occasional account notice.
How do I stop the texts?
Reply STOP to any message and you'll stop getting texts right away. Reply HELP for help, or email help@stockedmi.com.
When will I be charged?
Not until alerts go live. We'll text you before your subscription starts, and you can cancel before you're ever billed.
